Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us by emailing hello@boatervibes.com within 30 days of receiving your product so we can make it right. All returns are processed through our production partner’s facility.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is on our part, we’ll cover the replacement at no cost to you.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size or color preference. Please double-check size guides and product details before placing your order.
